Trust us to help create a serene, safe, and sparkling home for your loved ones.

Questions people ask
- Do I need to have the cleaning things in?
- Most people would rather we used what is already under their sink, and that suits us: it is what the house is used to and there is no surprise smell afterwards. If having to keep it stocked would be a nuisance, say so when we come out and we will sort something out between us.
- Can you just do the jobs I cannot manage?
- Yes, and that is a sensible way to do it. Some people want the whole house; plenty just want the bathroom, the stairs and the bedding, and carry on doing the rest themselves because they like doing it. We work to your list, not ours.
- The house has rather got away from me. Is that a problem?
- It is not, and you would be surprised how often we hear it. Nobody will be tutting. Tell us when we visit which room is bothering you most and we will start there, then work out with you what a sensible week-to-week arrangement looks like once it is back under control.
Not sure yet? These might help
- How do I know when someone needs help at home?
The changes families usually notice first, what each one tends to mean, and the smallest thing you can do about it.
- Home care or a care home?
An honest comparison, including the money, and the one difference in the means test that catches most families out.
- Looking after someone else: help for family carers
You are entitled to an assessment of your own needs, free, whatever the person you care for decides. Here is what that means and what else is available.
